Job Description
**Job Title** Procurement Business Systems Analyst **Role Summary** Oversee SAP and Coupa support for procurement and material control across North America. Deliver end‑user support, training, change management, master data governance, supplier enablement, and project assistance to improve system performance and compliance. **Expectations** - Resolve user issues promptly and document solutions in ServiceNow. - Maintain accurate master data and supplier catalogs. - Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems. - Ensure audit, SOX, and security controls are met. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide SAP/Coupa end‑user support; coordinate with IT, AP, vendor maintenance, and manufacturing. - Create, maintain, and deliver training materials; conduct employee and supplier onboarding. - Manage change initiatives: process/system updates, training, communications, go‑live readiness. - Analyze system/process data to identify improvement opportunities; report findings. - Approve user access and vendor master changes in SAP/Coupa. - Support annual audit and SOX control procedures. - Lead Coupa supplier onboarding; manage supplier catalogs and forms. - Maintain master data alignment with global governance policies. - Monitor system performance, SLAs, and bottlenecks; implement optimizations. - Assist procurement system projects (implementations, enhancements, integrations). - Produce service reports, dashboards, and usage metrics; recommend improvements. - Manage internal SharePoint sites and external supplier information portals. **Required Skills** - Proficient in SAP S4/HANA procurement modules and Coupa. - Experience with end‑user support and ServiceNow ticketing. - Strong training development, onboarding, and change management skills. - Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities. - Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and master data governance. - Familiarity with audit controls (SOX) and security compliance. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration. - Project support experience and ability to deliver on schedule. - Ability to create and analyze dashboards/reports. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. - SAP Certified Application Associate – S4HANA Procurement or equivalent (preferred). - Coupa certification or equivalent experience (advantageous).
