Job title: Head of Product
Role Summary:
Lead product vision, strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS enterprise, driving roadmap from insight to MVPs. Own end‑to‑end delivery, prioritize trade‑offs, build consensus across engineering, GTM, and customer success, and establish scalable product processes and KPIs to deliver customer and commercial value.
Expectations:
- Own product strategy and roadmap, translating customer and market insights into actionable, revenue‑driven decisions.
- Build and scale a product organization, systems, and innovation engine aligned with AI‑driven work design.
- Deliver on time, within scope MVPs and iterate quickly in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy grounded in customer insights and commercial objectives.
- Gather and translate customer, internal, and market data into product decisions.
- Prioritize competing stakeholder needs, build consensus, and guide product direction.
- Drive MVP‑centric execution, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
- Establish, track, and optimize product KPIs for usage, value, and revenue impact.
- Build and refine product management processes, tools, and workflows suitable for scaling.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, GTM, and Engineering to craft clear messaging, positioning, and product understanding.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years product management in B2B SaaS enterprise, covering roadmap, delivery, and metric tracking.
- Proven startup/scale‑up experience; ability to cut through noise, prioritize, and thrive amid ambiguity.
- Technical fluency: understand architectures, integrations, APIs, and data workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence across all levels (CEO, Sales, Engineering).
- Commercial mindset with focus on retaining customers and driving revenue growth.
- Outstanding project management, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize rigorously.
- Proactive, hands‑on, fast‑moving, and comfortable with rapid change.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Any product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
