**Job Title:** Solutions Engineering Lead **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of automated tools, processes, and systems that drive customer success and operational excellence for a high‑growth SaaS product. Oversee a cross‑functional team of engineers and operations specialists to build responsive customer success workflows, support pre‑ and post‑sales initiatives, and continuously improve service quality through data analysis and user feedback. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain scalable, automated internal tools and external integrations. - Streamline and modernize customer success workflows to reduce manual effort. - Create onboarding, training, support, and knowledge‑base content. - Track, analyze, and report key success metrics to guide iterative improvements. - Deliver compelling technical demos for pre‑sales and lead post‑sales integration and troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead architecture and development of automated systems and internal tooling. 2. Define and execute process improvements that increase efficiency and quality. 3. Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and deploy solutions. 4. Develop and maintain onboarding, training, help center, and knowledge base. 5. Monitor metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and use them to inform decisions. 6. Scale operations and technology as user base grows. 7. Champion the customer’s voice across product and engineering teams. 8. Prepare and present technical demos to prospects and customers. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership of solutions engineering or customer success operations. - Strong track record in designing and deploying automated systems that improve efficiency. - Ability to translate operational problems into scalable technical solutions. - Experience managing cross‑functional teams and working closely with engineers. - Data‑driven mindset: quantitative analytics + qualitative insights. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Hands‑on problem‑solving aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, or equivalent) are a plus. ---
