**Job Title:** Project Manager, Corporate Events
**Role Summary:** Oversees the planning, execution, and management of corporate events, conferences, and meetings in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats. Focuses on seamless coordination of logistical, financial, and vendor-related aspects to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
**Expectations:** Manage full life-cycle event projects, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, stakeholder communication, and compliance with client standards. Prioritize adaptability, problem-solving, and independent decision-making to meet client and organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate event planning for diverse formats (virtual, in-person, hybrid), including timelines, vendor selection, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Manage budgets, expenses, invoicing, and financial reporting for all projects.
- Lead vendor management for venues, suppliers, and services (hotel, transportation, AV, F&B, staging).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Production, Technology) to deliver event components.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, legal, and risk guidelines.
- Travel domestically/internationally for site inspections, on-site event management, and vendor meetings.
- Facilitate virtual events using platforms like Webex and Zoom, including technical setup and attendee coordination.
- Conduct post-event wrap-ups, including reconciliation, feedback collection, and process improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–7+ years in corporate event/program management, preferably in financial services or similar sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management capabilities with simultaneous multi-project management under deadlines.
- Virtual event planning and execution experience (Webex/Zoom preferred).
- Vendor negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Advanced cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and creative decision-making.
- Customer-focused approach to align with evolving client needs.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not required.
