**Job Title:** Global Head of Sales & Partnerships **Role Summary:** Lead enterprise sales for an AI-native retail platform, driving revenue growth, building a high‑performance sales organization, and cultivating deep relationships with retail executives and stakeholders. **Experience Expectations:** • 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, preferably SaaS/AI. • Proven track record selling complex solutions to C‑level decision makers. • Experience in the retail or consumer‑enterprise market. • History of hiring, coaching, and scaling high‑velocity sales teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key retail stakeholders and executives. - Recruit, coach, and lead a high‑performing enterprise sales team. - Manage end‑to‑end complex sales cycles, demonstrating ROI and value. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to align sales and go‑to‑market initiatives. - Establish repeatable sales processes, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene. - Serve as a thought leader, influencing the retail industry and enhancing market positioning. **Required Skills:** - Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud SaaS, and related technologies. - Expertise in consultative selling and complex solution selling. - Strong leadership, team‑building, and coaching abilities. - Strategic thinking and experience defining sales playbooks for new markets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑driven decision making. - Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (any discipline). - Minimum of 10 years in enterprise technology sales. - Relevant retail industry experience. - US work authorization at hire.
