Job Description: Job Title: Junior Systems and Networks Engineer Role Summary: Supports the deployment, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure for clients, focusing on systems, networks, and cloud environments. Expectations: Deliver technical expertise in system integration, network operations, and client infrastructure management while collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and configure systems and network infrastructures. - Administer and maintain client environments, ensuring operational and security standards. - Provide Level 2/3 technical support for infrastructure and security systems. - Execute technical projects (migrations, deployments, system upgrades). - Document technical interventions and procedures. - Monitor emerging technologies and marketplace solutions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WiFi), and security protocols. - Experience with firewall, network equipment, and backup system integration (preferred: Veeam). - Familiarity with Exchange and Office 365 migrations. - Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) with 1–2 years’ experience in systems/networks roles (ideally at an integrator or technology service provider). - Strong ability to produce technical documentation in English.
