**Job Title**
Operations Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the operational performance of a rapidly growing international company in the circular economy sector. Oversee local teams (two functional managers and their staff), ensure high‑quality, timely execution, align operations with global standards, drive data‑based decision making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver operational excellence and meet performance targets.
- Align local processes, systems, and documentation with group standards.
- Collaborate across commercial, finance, support, and European hubs.
- Own KPI tracking, priority setting, and escalation management.
- Champion change management, automation, and organizational development.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage and coach two functional managers and their teams in sales administration, delivery, or customer service.
2. Coordinate execution of operational activities with commercial, finance, and support functions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
3. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and set priorities in partnership with Sales and Finance.
4. Ensure local practices adhere to group processes, systems, and documentation.
5. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with European hubs and central support functions; manage escalations.
6. Lead change initiatives, including organizational changes, tool upgrades, and automation projects.
7. Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement programmes.
**Required Skills**
- Proven operational management experience in sales admin, delivery, or customer service within a structured, international environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Coaching and facilitation abilities, solution‑oriented, results‑focused.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix environment.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to drive cross‑functional teamwork.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Background or understanding of technology asset management, leasing, or related fields is a differentiator.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (equivalent to Bac +5) in business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline.
- No mandatory certifications specified; Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous‑improvement credentials are a plus.
