Job Title: Quality Management System Engineer (F/M) Role Summary: Support process owners in steering and enhancing quality processes within the aerospace domain. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk assessments, and maintain quality documentation and performance reporting. Expectations: Deliver measurable improvements in process performance, ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, and drive cross‑functional teams toward operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Guide the planning and execution of quality processes. - Define, document, and optimize operational processes. - Conduct performance reviews and monitor process metrics. - Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement activities. - Perform PFMEA‑style risk analyses and track risk mitigation. - Resolve quality issues and support root‑cause investigations. - Produce and update process‑related quality documentation. - Provide monthly status reports and progress tracking. - Help control delivery schedules and maintain quality of outputs. Required Skills: - Engineering or equivalent background. - Proven experience in quality management and/or project management. - Aerospace industry knowledge. - Familiarity with quality standards and regulated environments. - Strong facilitation of process and improvement initiatives. - Proficiency in office productivity tools. - Fluent in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. (Engineering degree or equivalent)

**Job Title** Functional Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end functional projects that integrate functional studies, 3D design, and industrialization. Manage cross‑disciplinary teams, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance with engineering standards. **Expectations** - Oversee multiple large‑scale projects in a demanding industrial environment, ideally railway. - Coordinate 5–15 team members, including remote collaborators. - Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, providing proactive risk alerts. - Communicate progress and technical issues to leadership and technical teams. - Demonstrate strong organization, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to challenge solutions. - Fluent in English; work effectively in an international, multicultural setting. - Preferred expertise in functional studies, 3D design, or industrialization methods. **Key Responsibilities** - Operational project steering: define scope, milestones, and deliverables. - Team workload planning and resource allocation. - Budget management and rigorous schedule monitoring. - Regular reporting to senior management and technical stakeholders. - Lead design reviews, establish configuration baseline strategy, and provide ongoing production support. - Identify and communicate risks, proposing mitigation actions. - Foster collaboration between local and remote team members. **Required Skills** - Proven project management experience in a high‑complexity industrial setting. - Cross‑functional team coordination and leadership. - Budget and schedule control. - English language proficiency. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proactive challenge of technical solutions and constructive proposal of alternatives. - Technical background in functional studies, 3D design, or industrialization (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, or related field). - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
