Key Responsibilities: - Guide the planning and execution of quality processes. - Define, document, and optimize operational processes. - Conduct performance reviews and monitor process metrics. - Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement activities. - Perform PFMEA‑style risk analyses and track risk mitigation. - Resolve quality issues and support root‑cause investigations. - Produce and update process‑related quality documentation. - Provide monthly status reports and progress tracking. - Help control delivery schedules and maintain quality of outputs. Required Skills: - Engineering or equivalent background. - Proven experience in quality management and/or project management. - Aerospace industry knowledge. - Familiarity with quality standards and regulated environments. - Strong facilitation of process and improvement initiatives. - Proficiency in office productivity tools. - Fluent in English.
