Job Description
**Job Title:** Medical Science Liaison, Nephrology, BeLux **Role Summary** Facilitate strategic medical field activities aligned with global initiatives and local nephrology plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to advance medical engagement and deliver scientific insights to improve patient outcomes. **Expectations** Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups. Execute medical strategies, support brand development, and provide training for cross-functional teams. Stay informed on scientific data, competitive trends, and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans in partnership with medical and commercial teams. - Deliver scientific presentations, clinical data discussions, and educational programs to healthcare professionals. - Support clinical research activities, including phase III/IV studies and post-authorization safety studies. - Monitor and interpret emerging scientific data and competitive insights within nephrology. - Comply with regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards in all medical field activities. **Required Skills** - Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for scientific audiences. - Stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional project leadership. - Multilingual proficiency in French/Dutch and English. - Experience in medical/scientific training and data interpretation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Scientific master’s degree or PhD in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a medical or scientific role. - Prior engagement with nephrology KOL networks preferred.
