Contract Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics
Job Description
Job title: Contract Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Electronics Role Summary: Drive high‑volume PCB and device manufacturing for a fast‑paced electronics producer, leading the design, setup, and optimisation of SMT and through‑hole processes to meet production targets and quality standards. Expectations: - Immediate operational impact, stepping into active projects from day one. - Strong communication to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Self‑directed problem solving in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimise PCB assembly flows, including SMT and through‑hole routing. - Configure and calibrate pick‑and‑place, reflow ovens, and screen printers (DEK preferred). - Profile reflow ovens and screen printers for consistent thermal cycles. - Troubleshoot equipment, process deviations, and yield issues. - Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. - Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to achieve KPIs. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and new product launches. Required Skills: - Proven experience in PCB assembly (SMT & through‑hole). - Hands‑on knowledge of pick‑and‑place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers. - Familiarity with ASM pick‑and‑place systems (desirable). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication in an English‑speaking environment. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IPC‑CMI, IPC‑CMI‑SMT) are an asset.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Full Stack Software Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end solutions for web, mobile, and cloud platforms. Lead enhancements of an ASP.NET Core application, create RESTful APIs, and build responsive front‑end interfaces.
