Job Description
**Job Title** Data & Reporting Analyst Internship (F/M/*) **Role Summary** Full‑time 6‑month internship (starting Jan 2026) supporting the Food & Beverage division’s business analysis. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and expanding scorecard reporting, providing data‑driven insights, and developing predictive models to guide operational and strategic decisions. **Expectations** - Deliver a comprehensive scorecard dashboard for the division. - Enable teams to track key performance indicators and support new projects with quantitative analysis. - Produce ad‑hoc reports and anticipate evolving data needs. - Conduct trend analysis, forecast modeling, and recommend actionable plans. - Train and acclimatise stakeholders to scorecard concepts and usage. - Work independently, communicate clearly, and meet tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain scorecard dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView). - Provide quantitative support to project teams on new initiatives. - Create and improve ad‑hoc reporting solutions. - Analyze historical data, generate trend forecasts, and develop predictive models. - Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. - Facilitate data‑culture adoption through training and guidance. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros). - Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Basic predictive‑modelling knowledge (regression, forecasting). - Effective written and verbal communication. - English proficiency at least B1 level. - Self‑motivation, meticulousness, and proactive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master’s student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field. - Prior experience with data‑project, finance, or management‑control environments preferred. - No mandatory certifications required, though familiarity with BI platforms or analytical coursework is beneficial.
