**Job Title:** Product Intern – Quality & Feature Validation **Role Summary:** An internship focused on testing and validating new product features across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role integrates quality assurance, user research, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure releases are reliable, user‑friendly, and aligned with strategic product goals. **Expactations:** - Complete at least 3.5 GPA while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Economics, or a related field. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a curiosity about product mechanics. - Communicate clearly with engineers, PMs, and designers; document findings and suggest solutions. - Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives). **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform feature validation and QA across multiple platforms; identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases. - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis; analyze behavior data to inform decisions. - Test activation and retention features; assess usability and performance. - Support ideation sessions, wireframing, and prototyping (e.g., Figma). - Research fintech trends and competitors; compile insights into reports or dashboards. - Monitor post‑launch metrics (adoption rates, error logs); recommend optimizations. - Assist in creating documentation (user guides, release notes). - Undertake special projects (A/B testing, accessibility audits, exploration of emerging tech). **Required Skills:** - Detail‑oriented QA and product testing mindset. - Basic analytical and data skills (Excel/Sheets; interest in SQL). - Effective written and verbal communication. - Familiarity with agile processes, product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel) is desirable. - Experience with product, QA, UX/UI, or tech internships, hackathons, or related projects. - Interest in gamified product experiences and consumer dashboards is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Economics, or closely related field. - Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5. - No mandatory certifications required.
