Job Title: Engineering Internship
Role Summary: Hands‑on internship for aspiring software, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineers to design, develop, and maintain real‑world applications and components in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Expectations: Acquire practical experience in engineering design, coding, or system development; apply AI‑powered tools for simulation, coding assistance, and data analysis; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions; participate in reviews to maintain high quality standards; build strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications, mechanical systems, or electrical components based on specialization.
- Write clean, scalable, well‑documented code or detailed engineering plans and specifications.
- Conduct code or design reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., simulation, coding assistants, data analysis) to accelerate project delivery.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives.
- Participate in learning workshops and knowledge sharing sessions within the internship.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one engineering domain (software, mechanical, electrical, or chemistry).
- Programming skills (Python, Java, C++ for software; CAD, simulation packages for mechanical; circuit design and testing for electrical).
- Familiarity with AI‑powered development tools (e.g., code completion, automated testing, data analytics).
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, international teams.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
Required Education & Certifications:
