Job Title: Europe Operational Marketing Specialist (M/F)
Role Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of B2C and B2B marketing operations across Europe. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver brand‑aligned events, activations, and merchandising initiatives that drive commercial results and enhance customer experience.
Expectations
- 3‑5 years of experience in operational or trade marketing, preferably within luxury or high‑end brands.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, sales impact, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
- Proactive communicator, adept at building relationships across functions and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the monthly operational calendar in partnership with the Europe Marketing Lead.
- Plan, scope, and deliver B2C/B2B activations (tradeshow, pop‑ups, events) within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Source venues, brief suppliers, and develop detailed briefings/terms of reference for each operation.
- Manage partner marketing and communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate internal and external deliverables (invites, collateral, packaging, visuals, catering, security, logistics, merchandising assets).
- Oversee the borrowing, contract creation, and rehearsal of product pieces in collaboration with merchandising and logistics teams.
- Maintain visual standards for seasonal showcases and gather field feedback.
- Track, analyze, and report on project performance, including sales, ROI, and post‑event improvements.
- Drive 360° communication for operations: newsletters, SMS, website, digital, influencer campaigns, partner collaborations.
- Administer trade‑marketing tools, media plan support (print & digital), and brand content coordination (e‑newsletters, ads, catalogues, e‑shop).
- Align store CRM initiatives with global Salesforce requirements.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify innovation opportunities.
Required Skills

Required Education & Certifications
