**Job Title:** Digital Workplace Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Oversee and optimize the organization’s digital workspace to ensure seamless, secure, and high‑performance office experience. Manage IT infrastructure, deliver Level 3 support, and administer key systems such as PCs, servers, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
**Expectations:**
- Provide reliable, timely support to end users.
- Maintain infrastructure stability and security.
- Implement and document best practices.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support internal IT projects and modernize digital tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolve complex infrastructure incidents (PCs, servers, AD, SSO).
- Deliver Level 3 support, guide users, and maintain accurate incident logs.
- Create, maintain, and deploy PC master images (Windows, macOS).
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and user accounts, including Intune, SCCM, SSO, VPN, and Citrix environments.
- Manage office servers, monitor performance, and enforce security controls.
- Coordinate asset management with IT teams.
- Track and assess emerging IT trends for infrastructure improvement.
- Partner with regional IT teams on infrastructure projects and user communication.
**Required Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in system administration or equivalent role.
- Proven Level 3 infrastructure support experience.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux administration tools.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, SSO, VPN, and Citrix.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Linux+ or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
