Job Description
**Job Title:** Intern – Real Estate Fund Analyst **Role Summary:** Support the Fund & Investment Management team in daily operations, including fund reporting, market research, financial modeling, financing monitoring, and due‑diligence activities for real‑estate acquisitions. **Expactations:** - Deliver accurate and timely analytical work supporting fund managers. - Produce high‑quality investor communications and internal reports. - Conduct market and competitor research with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in preparing quarterly bulletins, annual reports, and investor presentations. - Perform competitive intelligence and market studies. - Model financial impacts of property management and acquisitions (e.g., returns, WALB, asset mix, performance metrics). - Track and update bank financing data for multiple funds. - Participate in due‑diligence processes: review data rooms, coordinate with investment partners, and summarize findings. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities. - High level of precision, rigor, and attention to detail. - Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French optional). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or completed a Master’s‑level program (Bac+5) in Real Estate, Corporate Finance, or a related field from a recognized university or Grande École. - No specific professional certifications required; willingness to obtain relevant industry qualifications is a plus.
