Oversee full‑funnel campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic, affiliate), manage an annual media budget, collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM, finance, local marketing) and external agencies to maximize ROI and deliver strong customer acquisition results. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable growth and meet or exceed key performance indicators (CAC, ROAS, CPC). - Maintain strategic alignment with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - Provide data‑driven insights, optimize spend, and report results to senior leadership. - Lead, mentor, and develop the internal performance marketing team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and drive full‑funnel paid media strategy for 8 markets. 2. Translate business goals into detailed media plans with clear KPIs. 3.
