**Job Title**
Head of Performance Marketing (Full‑Funnel Paid Media)
**Role Summary**
Lead and execute the paid media strategy across 8 European markets for a luxury beauty distributor. Oversee full‑funnel campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic, affiliate), manage an annual media budget, collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM, finance, local marketing) and external agencies to maximize ROI and deliver strong customer acquisition results.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth and meet or exceed key performance indicators (CAC, ROAS, CPC).
- Maintain strategic alignment with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Provide data‑driven insights, optimize spend, and report results to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal performance marketing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and drive full‑funnel paid media strategy for 8 markets.
2. Translate business goals into detailed media plans with clear KPIs.
3. Build and sustain high‑performance relationships with media agencies; conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and workshops.
4. Allocate and manage the annual media budget across markets and channels.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPC, etc.) and adjust tactics accordingly.
6. Partner with finance, CRM, local marketing, trade, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaigns and brand consistency.
7. Lead the internal performance marketing team, set goals, provide coaching, and drive professional growth.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in multi‑market, high‑growth environments.
- Deep expertise in paid search, social media advertising, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical abilities and fluency in tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or equivalents.
- Proven track record in media budget management and ROI optimization.
- Experience managing external agencies and internal performance teams.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (daily business usage).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level education (Bac +5) from a business school or university.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
