**Job Title:** Senior DevOps Platform Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD platforms, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps strategies to support high-performance trading systems and data solutions. Focus on automation, scalability, and enabling cross-team developer efficiency.
**Expectations**
- Shape CI/CD, cloud architecture, and DevOps strategy.
- Design and manage large-scale Kubernetes workloads.
- Drive automation of infrastructure, workflows, and development environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver self-service, observable platforms.
- Monitor cloud/system performance, cost, and maintainability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Expand CI/CD systems via infrastructure-as-code and build automation.
- Architect and manage hybrid cloud/on-prem Kubernetes/Helm environments.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of cloud/DevOps solutions, including documentation and observability.
- Optimize pipelines, tooling, and systems for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Partner with development teams to align with trading and data infrastructure needs.
**Required Skills**
- 3-5 years industry experience.
- Proficient in deploying C++, Python, Java.
- Build automation using Bazel.
- Hybrid cloud/on-prem Kubernetes/Helm design and operations.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise with SaaS/PaaS products.
- Observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch).
- Linux, networking, Terraform (modular).
- Major CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
- Package management (e.g., pip, Conan, Maven, Conda).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
