Own end‑to‑end architecture, AI agent orchestration, and user experience for human‑agent collaboration. **Expectations** - Proven 0‑1 product engineering experience; shipped production‑ready applications. - Founder or founding‑engineer background, comfortable owning a product from concept to revenue. - Thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments; manage shifting priorities and trade‑offs. - Deliver quality under tight timelines, demonstrating grit and resilience. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement an event‑driven back‑end with Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, and Supabase. - Design database schemas, real‑time subscriptions, and containerised deployment pipelines. - Orchestrate LLM‑powered agents: tool use, memory, retries, context updates, feedback loops, and MCP integration. - Build intuitive agent‑interaction interfaces (React) and iterate rapidly with designers and engineers. - Partner with founders to define technical strategy and scalability roadmap. - Prototype and evaluate new interaction models and AI workflow patterns. **Required Skills** - Full‑stack development: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React. - Experience with Supabase or equivalent cloud‑managed Postgres services. - Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline setup. - AI/LLM integration and agentic workflow design. - Real‑time data handling and subscription models. - System design, scalability, and performance optimisation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to prototype and iterate quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud‑platform, AI/ML, or full‑stack development) are a plus but not mandatory.
