Serve as a strategic partner to GTM teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions and championing system adoption.
Expectations: • Own end‑to‑end system design and continuous improvement. • Deliver measurable impact on automation, integration, and data accuracy. • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication across technical and non‑technical teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce and CPQ workflows, including Flows, validation rules, and custom metadata. • Lead strategic projects to automate and integrate revenue processes, reducing manual touchpoints. • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and RevOps to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and support reporting. • Translate business needs into scalable, future‑ready system solutions. • Act as subject‑matter expert on revenue operations, sales systems, and quote‑to‑cash processes. • Create training, documentation, and support materials to drive user adoption. • Evaluate emerging technologies (AI features, integration tools) to enhance system architecture. • Monitor performance, enforce change‑management best practices, and drive continuous improvement using data insights. • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts.
Required Skills: • 5+ years in Salesforce administration or business systems strategy; proven Salesforce CPQ production experience. • Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, custom metadata). • Experience with GTM tools integration (Ironclad, Salesloft, LeanData, Gong, Gainsight). • Ability to read Apex code; development experience is a plus. • Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. • Familiarity with AI‑powered Salesforce features (Einstein Next Best Action, Forecasting, Generative AI) is advantageous.
Required Education & Certifications: • Salesforce Administrator certification (required). • CPQ Specialist and/or Advanced Administrator certification (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
