**Job Title:** Vice President, Investor Relations & Capital Formation
**Role Summary:** Lead the company’s investor relations strategy, driving capital raising for all funds, co‑investments, and real estate initiatives. Build and sustain high‑trust relationships with Canadian institutional investors, create and deliver fundraising materials, orchestrate roadshows and due‑diligence visits, and maintain accurate investor databases. Collaborate with executive, investment, and asset‑management teams to align investor messaging with corporate objectives in a fast‑growing environment.
**Expectations:** 7‑10 years of proven capital‑raising experience, ideally in private markets with Canadian institutional investors focused on real‑estate funds. Demonstrated success in sourcing, closing, and managing investor relationships. Self‑motivated, proactive, and resilient, with strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with potential institutional investors.
- Lead capital‑raising efforts for all funds and co‑investment strategies.
- Conduct investor research and market analysis.
- Develop, refine, and distribute materials for roadshows, pitch decks, and follow‑up communications.
- Organize roadshows, logistics, and meetings across major Canadian cities; travel as required.
- Maintain investor database, track engagement, and provide updates to executive team.
- Coordinate due‑diligence and site visits, ensuring timely delivery of materials and follow‑up feedback.
- Deliver investor feedback to investment professionals and support ongoing relationship building.
- Perform additional duties as delegated to support capital‑formation objectives.
