**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and scale the client’s marketing growth engine using AI‑driven systems, SEO/AEO/GEO strategies, paid acquisition, automation, and viral campaigns. Own end‑to‑end customer acquisition across organic, paid, and automated channels, driving measurable growth and funnel optimization for a B2B SaaS company.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years in growth, performance, or demand‑generation marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana) and ability to integrate them into marketing workflows.
- Analytical mindset with strong data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to build and operate scalable, repeatable growth systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Growth Strategy:** Lead the company’s overall growth marketing strategy, prioritizing high‑impact opportunities.
- **SEO / AEO / GEO:** Execute search visibility across traditional search, AI answer engines, and LLM citation systems; build topical authority frameworks, content clusters, and internal linking.
- **Paid Acquisition:** Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and YouTube; optimize CPA/MQL/CPL/ROAS and manage budgets.
- **AI‑Driven Marketing:** Design AI workflows for content research, competitive analysis, market research, ad creative generation, and campaign optimization.
- **Marketing Automation & Workflow:** Build automated workflows for campaign launches, content production, lead nurturing, reporting, and analytics.
- **Outbound Automation:** Create and optimize LinkedIn, email, and CRM automation funnels for lead generation and pipeline growth.
- **Viral Marketing & Campaigns:** Conceptualize, launch, and iterate high‑impact viral campaigns and growth loops.
- **Organic Social Growth:** Grow organic presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms; drive engagement and brand visibility.
- **Growth Experimentation:** Design, execute, and analyze experiments across messaging, landing pages, ad creative, and funnels to continually improve performance.
- **Analytics & Performance Tracking:** Monitor and report on traffic, leads, CAC, pipeline contribution; provide actionable insights to leadership.
