**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Own end‑to‑end relationships with media owners and advertisers, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and long‑term retention while driving incremental revenue through cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across AdTech solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable customer health and renewal metrics. - Maintain quarterly account plans and joint success plans with premium clients. - Act as the single point of contact for all strategic customer matters. **Key Responsibilities** - **Strategic Partnership & Relationship Management** – serve as trusted advisor, provide guidance on leveraging adtech solutions to meet client objectives. - **Onboarding & Business Alignment** – lead functional set‑up during onboarding, translate business needs into optimal platform configuration, produce functional blueprint for technical teams. - **Retention & Customer Health** – monitor health scores, own renewal readiness, coordinate mitigation plans, and secure contract renewals. - **Commercial Growth** – identify, qualify, and document cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities; collaborate with Sales to close expansion deals. - **Account Governance** – drive account planning for strategic accounts, maintain clear account and joint success plans. - **Internal Collaboration** – orchestrate cross‑functional alignment (Sales, Product, Support, Integration, Marketing) to execute plans and feed customer insights back to product development. **Required Skills** - *AdTech & Programmatic Expertise*: deep knowledge of SSP, DSP, ad servers, key metrics (CPM, CPC, VTR, etc.) and inventory management. - *Project Management*: ability to structure, track, and deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders. - *Consultative Selling*: translate client queries into actionable product configurations and expansion proposals. - *Commercial Acumen*: proactively uncover and present revenue‑growth opportunities. - *Communication & Empathy*: articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences; shift between strategic and operational levels. - *Problem‑Solving & Creativity*: devise tailored solutions for non‑standard business cases. - *Collaboration*: work effectively with diverse internal and external teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within AdTech, Programmatic, or digital media. - Certifications in relevant AdTech platforms or programmatic sales are a plus (e.g., IAB Certified).
