**Job Title** Senior Mortgage Agent **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end mortgage brokerage service for clients, serving as the primary contact through digital and phone channels. Utilize technology, CRM systems, and market knowledge to guide clients from inquiry to closing while ensuring compliance and a high level of customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - License: Level 2 Mortgage Agent in Ontario (additional BC or Alberta license is a plus). - Minimum 2 years experience in a mortgage agent role, preferably at a digital‑native brokerage. - Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Maintain professional integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Conduct needs‑based assessments to determine clients’ financial situations and mortgage goals. 3. Educate clients on mortgage products, rates, and the application process. 4. Pre‑qualify, pre‑approve, and collect required documentation for mortgage financing. 5. Provide timely follow‑up throughout the mortgage process, ensuring smooth execution. 6. Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, and internal teams for efficient client experience. 7. Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, POS, dialer). 8. Stay updated on industry trends, lending guidelines, and market conditions. 9. Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters when necessary. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong relationship‑building and customer‑centric approach. - Proficiency with digital tools, CRM software, and communication platforms. - Ability to work independently and manage high‑volume client interactions. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and detail orientation. - Familiarity with mortgage products (fixed‑rate, variable‑rate, home equity lines). **Required Education & Certifications** - Level 2 Mortgage Agent License in Ontario (BC and/or Alberta licenses are a plus). ---
