Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Acquisition Marketing Intern **Role Summary:** Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of data‑driven digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and other relevant channels. Support content alignment, run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable reports to improve return on ad spend (ROAS). **Expectations:** - Strong interest in digital acquisition channels. - Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player. - Self‑motivated, problem‑solving oriented, eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on paid search, social media, display, and other channels. - Coordinate with content marketing to ensure landing pages and creative assets are conversion‑optimized. - Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to identify performance trends and recommend optimizations. - Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data to understand customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. - Produce performance reports (KPIs, ROAS, CAC) and provide data‑driven recommendations for acquisition strategy improvements. **Required Skills:** - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.). - Basic knowledge of A/B testing methodologies. - Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). - Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic design tools (Adobe Premiere, similar). - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. - Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or related field. - No specific certifications required.
