**Job Title** Stratascale Associate Security Analyst – Operations **Role Summary** Support and enhance the SIEM/SOAR environment, analyze security alerts, manage incident response, and provide threat hunting and training to clients and internal teams. **Expactations** * 2‑4 years of IT, cybersecurity, and alert‑management experience. * Ability to travel up to 20%, including international trips, to partner and client events. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and improve SIEM log ingestion, aggregation, and infrastructure. - Investigate and analyze security alerts using SIEM and SOAR tools; identify and mitigate threats. - Execute incident‑handling procedures across platforms, ensuring timely escalation, investigation, and remediation. - Keep asset inventories up‑to‑date and support scheduled security testing and risk‑management activities. - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address security‑program concerns and deliver actionable recommendations. - Conduct threat‑hunting exercises and stay current on emerging threats and mitigation strategies. - Develop clear, stakeholder‑friendly reports and recommendations for security issues. - Participate in automation and process‑improvement projects to enhance security operations. - Coach and train team members and clients on security best practices and incident‑response protocols. - Identify and remediate gaps in client environments, data ingestion, and configuration to improve alert quality. **Required Skills** - Intermediate knowledge of SIEM/SOAR concepts and log‑analysis techniques. - Proficiency with security vendors: Okta, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, CyberArk, SailPoint, Fastly, FireEye, Fortinet. - Experience configuring and managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational capabilities. - Effective written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. - Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and able to work independently on improvement projects. - Capacity to produce clear technical documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (minimum). - Preferred certifications: - CIAM - CISM, CISA, or CRISC - SANS: GSEC, GREM, GCIH - TCM: PJMR - Vendor‑specific security or product certifications (e.g., Okta, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto) are a plus.

Job title: Sr. Security Consultant – Identity Management Role Summary: Lead security consulting for Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, providing subject‑matter expertise to clients, designing and implementing IAM architectures, driving governance and compliance, and mentoring junior consultants. Remote, client‑centric, cross‑functional collaboration. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality IAM assessments, designs, and implementations that meet client security, compliance, and business goals. • Mentor and coach junior consultants, contributing to practice growth. • Partner with sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities and ensure successful solution delivery. • Stay current on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
