Job Description
**Job Title:** Entry Level Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Support the Commercial Real Estate Advertising & Event Sales team by prospecting, qualifying and closing event sponsorships. Manage relationships with marketing decision‑makers, drive pipeline growth, and collaborate closely with sales and event production to deliver sponsor‑friendly programs. **Expectations:** - Build a robust pipeline for senior‑level sales team. - Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs. - Progress to Business Manager and eventually Director of Sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and engage marketing leaders across asset classes. - Identify, contact and secure digital & in‑person sponsorships. - Conduct research to validate sponsor fit and participation. - Respond to inbound leads via phone and email. - Document all activities in Salesforce CRM. - Partner with sales team to accelerate sales cycles. - Collaborate with event production to create sponsor‑aligned programs. - Develop and suggest fresh industry topics for events. **Required Skills:** - 0–2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred). - Strong communication, cold‑calling, and email outreach abilities. - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM. - Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and adaptable. - Team player with enthusiasm for fast‑paced environments. - Interest in commercial real estate and media/digital marketing solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). - No specific certifications required.
