Job Title: VP of Talent Relations & Creator Strategy
Role Summary: Lead the development and expansion of Betches Media’s talent ecosystem, shaping a curated roster of creators, comedians, actors, hosts, and celebrity talent that aligns with the brand’s voice and drives both organic and branded content. Partner with content, marketing, sales, and production teams to secure A‑list and emerging talent, oversee casting across all formats, and build scalable talent systems and databases.

- Deliver a long‑term talent strategy for 2026+.
- Build and maintain strong agency, manager, publicist, influencer, and celebrity relationships.
- Scale talent operations for commercial and editorial growth.
- Use data and cultural insights to inform talent decisions.
- Represent the organization at industry events to grow network reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate a roster of culturally fluent, humor‑centric creators who can integrate across video, social series, podcasts, events, editorial features, and live programming.
- Manage casting and talent selection for all content formats.
- Develop and maintain a structured talent database covering emerging creators, influencers, comedians, personalities, and niche experts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, social, production, editorial, marketing, and branded teams to embed talent into campaigns, franchises, and brand moments.
- Refine and scale existing talent operational systems to improve efficiency.
- Identify new talent‑driven opportunities (shows, formats, partnerships, ambassador programs, creator‑led initiatives).
- Lead, coach, and mentor the talent team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Represent Betches at festivals, talent events, and industry gatherings to deepen network reach.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years in creator agencies, talent management, influencer partnerships, casting, digital media, entertainment, or creator‑led brand marketing.
- Proven success building and scaling creator programs or influencer strategies for entertainment or consumer brands.
- Extensive network across creators, influencers, talent agencies, managers, and entertainment partners.
- Strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and project management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Cultural fluency and comedic taste aligned with a humor‑centric brand.
- Leadership and team‑development experience.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media, Entertainment, or related field (preferred).
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required.
