**Job Title**: Manager, Integrated Marketing – Fragrance (Social & Influencer)
**Role Summary**
Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of social media strategies for fragrance brands. Own content calendars, influencer programs, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms. Provide data‑driven insights to refine tactics and drive growth for high‑visibility beauty and fragrance portfolios.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and execute social media strategy in partnership with the Integrated Marketing Director.
2. Create, schedule, and manage platform‑specific content calendars (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
3. Generate weekly trending content, using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva.
4. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses; adjust plans in real time.
5. Oversee community engagement—both proactive and reactive—maintaining brand voice.
6. Identify emerging content trends and position brands at the cultural forefront.
7. Lead influencer campaign operations: contract negotiation, talent briefing, content approval, and delivery.
8. Build influencer mailer lists, manage outreach, vendor execution, and fulfillment.
9. Support influencer, consumer, and brand events; coordinate on‑site social coverage and activations.
10. Manage cross‑functional go‑to‑market processes and project timelines.
**Required Skills**
* 3–5+ years in social media and influencer marketing for consumer brands (beauty/fragrance preferred).
* Proven ownership of high‑growth influencer programs.
* Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts; familiarity with other emerging platforms.
* Hands‑on experience with content creation tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva).
* Proficient with social media reporting platforms (e.g., Dash Hudson).
* Strong analytical mindset combined with creative vision; KPI‑driven execution.
* Cultural fluency and ability to translate pop‑culture trends into brand messaging.
* Excellent project management, prioritization, and multi‑tasking abilities.
* Superior communication, detail orientation, and stakeholder management.
* Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
* Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media strategy, or related disciplines are a plus.
