Job Description
**Job Title:** Strategic PMO (F/M) **Role Summary:** Lead the strategic planning, governance, and performance monitoring of project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable ROI. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, project teams, and senior management to drive effective decision‑making and continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Align projects with corporate strategy and drive strategic outcomes. - Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and performance. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Maintain high analytical and synthesis standards in complex environments. - Conduct meetings, trainings, and workshops in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define strategic project objectives with stakeholders and develop action plans. - Build and manage performance‑tracking mechanisms (KPIs, dashboards). - Evaluate and prioritize project proposals; monitor scope, quality, timeline, and ROI. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; propose corrective actions. - Produce regular status reports, risk logs, and escalation documents for governance bodies. - Lead the project‑manager community, steering committees, and engagement forums. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with PPM tools (preferably Sciforma). - Advanced Power BI skills for data visualization and reporting. - Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile). - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; fluent English for facilitation. - Analytical mindset with strong synthesis, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 5‑year experience as a strategic PMO or equivalent role. - Master's level education (Bac +5) – Engineering school, Business school, or university degree. - Relevant project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
