Job Description
Job Title: Director, AI Delivery and Innovation – Data & Technology Role Summary: Lead rapid delivery of AI solutions aligned with enterprise AI strategy, establishing an innovation function to accelerate prototyping, experimentation, and transition of AI use cases into production across the Data & Technology organization. Expectations: - Deliver measurable business impact through end‑to‑end AI projects. - Build a high‑performing team focused on rapid experimentation and scalable production. - Maintain strong stakeholder engagement at executive and business levels. - Ensure alignment with governance, responsible AI, and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive concept‑to‑deployment delivery of AI solutions, ensuring strategic alignment. - Collaborate with AI Strategy and Data Platforms leaders to support vision and roadmap. - Build and lead an innovation capability to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and validation. - Partner with business customers to translate needs into actionable AI solutions. - Work with Software Engineering to scale prototypes into production systems. - Maintain engagement with Customer Success and Innovation teams to deliver tangible value. - Establish delivery frameworks, governance, and best practices for AI projects. - Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation. - Lead, mentor, and develop a rapid delivery team. Required Skills: - 10+ years in technology delivery, digital transformation, or AI‑focused roles. - 8+ years delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and advanced analytics. - 5+ years leading high‑performing technical teams. - Expertise in GenAI frameworks, model selection, scalability, and secure deployment. - Deep knowledge of cloud (Azure), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and data lifecycle. - Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Agentic AI frameworks. - Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and influence. - Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and ethical considerations. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Industry certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or Agile/DevOps (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certified ScrumMaster, TensorFlow Developer Certificate) are advantageous.
