Job Description
**Job Title** Key User ERP (X) **Role Summary** Act as the central bridge between project management, IT and operational teams during the digital transformation of manufacturing processes. Lead functional testing, deployment, administration, and post‑implementation support of the new production ERP (GPAO) across all sites. Drive user adoption and continuous process improvement. **Expectations** - Ensure on‑time, functional delivery of the ERP system. - Facilitate transition of users to new processes and tools. - Maintain operational excellence and system performance post‑deployment. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead configuration, functional testing and validation in collaboration with the external integrator. - Coordinate the pilot site rollout and document test cases, training materials, and standard operating procedures. - Serve as primary liaison between project leadership, site managers, IT, and end‑users. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders. - Design and deliver end‑user training and change‑management workshops. - Conduct post‑deployment functional maintenance, analyse performance issues, and propose system enhancements. - Validate and support system updates, drafting functional specifications and training plans. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement in planning and production processes. **Required Skills** - Project coordination across multiple sites. - Functional configuration and deep understanding of industrial processes. - Training and user‑support expertise. - Change‑management and communication proficiency. - Analytical thinking and problem‑resolution abilities. - Leadership, interpersonal communication, and collaboration. - Strong organization, autonomy, and rigor. - Ability to explain complex concepts simply and encourage team alignment. - Adaptability and willingness to travel for on‑site activities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) degree in industrial methods, industrial information systems, or production engineering. - Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably in methods, planning, or ERP project management. - Prior ERP (GPAO) deployment experience is an asset.
