Depuis 2012, Panorabanques.com, filiale du Groupe M6 est leader de la comparaison bancaire et permet aux internautes de choisir une banque en fonction de ses tarifs ou de ses services. En toute indépendance, le site permet de benchmarker 180 banques (de réseau ou en ligne), sur 130 critères différents. Panorabanques compare également différents produits d’épargne et de crédit. Tous les mois, près d’1,5 millions de visiteurs uniques s’informent et comparent les banques gratuitement sur notre site ; ils peuvent aussi ensuite éventuellement entrer en relation avec la banque de leur choix. Panorabanques se rémunère en commercialisant ces prospects qualifiés à + de 60 banques partenaires. (+ de 20 000 mises en relations chaque mois) Nous sommes aujourd’hui une start up de 30 personnes et nous accueillons en permanence de nouveaux talents !

Job title: Credit‑Bank Offer Advisor – CDI / Internship / Student Role Summary: Serve as the primary liaison for visitors to the company’s banking comparison website. Handle inbound calls and proactive outreach to discuss and sell banking products to prospects, working closely with bank partners to generate leads and close additional sales. Expectations: - Achieve or exceed individual sales and lead conversion targets. - Consistently upsell complementary products to increase average basket value. - Maintain high call quality, adherence to scripts, and accurate CRM data entry. - Demonstrate a proactive, results‑oriented attitude and a strong desire to meet or surpass performance goals. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and manage inbound calls from website visitors. - Prospect new customers via outbound calls and other communication channels. - Provide consulting on a range of banking products, from simple to complex solutions. - Sell products in partnership with the company’s bank partners, following sales processes and scripts. - Trigger additional sales opportunities through analysis of lead “bounce” data. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine call strategies and improve conversion rates. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and commercial negotiation skills. - Comfortable using computers and sales management software. - Enthusiastic, goal‑driven, and resilient to challenges. - Team‑player with a positive, supportive attitude. - Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and product information quickly. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a secondary school diploma (or equivalent). - Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred. - Basic training in call‑center operations or sales techniques is advantageous.
