Job Description: Job Title: Product Owner Role Summary A Product Owner who acts as a trusted technology and business advocate, guiding clients through discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design. Utilizes Agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality custom software, prioritizes backlog, ensures QA, and mentors junior teammates while collaborating closely with product design and delivery teams. Expectations * Deliver results across multiple client engagements. * Serve as a consultant and mentor, helping team members grow in Agile practices. * Own end‑to‑end product quality from discovery to user acceptance testing. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and end users to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead client‑focused discovery and envisioning workshops; capture requirements in clear, actionable formats. * Translate client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and project specifications. * Prioritize backlog items and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business goals. * Conduct and review quality assurance testing before client acceptance. * Collaborate with Product Design to produce best‑in‑class deliverables. * Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering an Agile mindset. * Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions with cross‑functional teams. Required Skills * 6–8 years of Product Management experience in Agile environments, delivering software solutions. * Proficiency in requirement gathering, workshops, user research, and roadmap planning. * Strong product design thinking applied to custom software development. * Competent in QA testing methodologies and acceptance criteria definition. * Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. * Mastery of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or analogous Agile certification preferred.
