Job Description

**AI/ML Engineer** **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for agentic workflows, focusing on synthetic data generation. Integrate Azure AI services, optimize prompt engineering, and ensure data quality and compliance standards. **Expectations:** - 3+ years of AI/ML development experience, preferably with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). **Key Responsibilities:** - Build agentic workflows for synthetic data generation using frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Autogen, or LangGraph. - Implement prompt engineering and optimization techniques. - Develop evaluation pipelines to assess realism, coherence, and compliance of generated outputs. - Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services into platform workflows. - Collaborate with backend and frontend teams for system integration. - Monitor AI model performance and refine for continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Python programming and familiarity with FastAPI. - Hands-on experience with Azure AI and Azure OpenAI. - Knowledge of evaluation metrics and model validation frameworks. - Understanding of agent-based AI workflows and synthetic data generation. - Experience with RAG pipelines and retrieval optimization (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience in machine learning/LLMs. - Master’s or PhD in computing, engineering, AI, or data science preferred.
