Job Description: **Job Title:** Technical Network, Systems and Security Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team to design, audit, and integrate high‑value network, system, and security projects. Balance managerial responsibilities with hands‑on involvement across LAN, WAN, firewall, cloud, and ToIP domains, while interfacing with key vendors and internal service lines. **Expectations:** - Drive team performance and project delivery against clear objectives. - Translate client requirements into actionable technical plans. - Maintain a strategic view of cross‑functional programs, especially between the network/security and systems consulting arms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of technical engineers, network/system/security specialists, and project managers. - Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure design, audits, integrations, and implementations. - Conduct needs assessments, risk analyses, write specifications and project scopes. - Liaise with vendors (Aruba, HPE, Fortinet, Ruckus, Cisco, Checkpoint, etc.) for solution selection and deployment. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. **Required Skills:** - Deep technical expertise in networking, operating systems, and security. - Proven project coordination and stakeholder management. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. - Leadership potential; experience managing teams is a plus but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Specialized degree in Computer Networking, Systems Engineering, or Cybersecurity. - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a related technical environment. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, vendor‑specific credentials) strongly preferred.
