Data & AI – Senior Client Delivery Manager (Remote)
**Role Summary**
Lead delivery of diverse data‑centric projects and programs, with a primary focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, across manufacturing, energy, healthcare, automotive, and FMCG sectors. Manage end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and commercial success, while embedding Agile governance and stakeholder engagement.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrate extensive consulting experience delivering data strategy, data science, data engineering, and BI projects.
- Proven track record in managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex client engagements.
- Deep knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI frameworks, tools, and commercial potential.
- Strong business acumen to translate technical solutions into measurable value.
- Ability to navigate multiple industry contexts and adapt solutions accordingly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee project scoping, planning, and execution for all data & AI initiatives.
- Implement Agile delivery practices and project governance frameworks.
- Manage cross‑functional teams (data scientists, engineers, BI specialists).
- Negotiate contracts, timelines, budgets, and ensure profitable delivery.
- Act as the primary client touchpoint, maintaining relationships and driving business value.
- Report progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, solving problems proactively.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years consulting experience in data services (strategy, science, engineering, BI).
- Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.
- Expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, and related technologies.
- Strong Agile (Scrum/SAFe) project management and governance experience.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and financial management in consulting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, PMI‑ACP) or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).
