**Job Title**: Urban Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of urban infrastructure and public space projects, ranging from cycle routes and historic center renewal to linear infrastructure such as roads, BHNS and hydraulic works. Manage multidisciplinary teams, client relations, and public procurement processes while championing sustainable design and cost‑effective execution.
**Expectations**

- Drive continuous improvement through lessons‑learned and technical excellence.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with public procurement and construction codes.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Leadership** – define scope, schedule, budget; coordinate cross‑functional teams and subcontractors.
2. **Study Phase** – groom specifications (CCTP, notices), conduct estimates, evaluate tenders, and present project proposals.
3. **Construction Phase** – oversee market management, technical and financial controls, quality assurance, and safety compliance (VISA, AOR).
4. **Project Coordination (OPC)** – plan, schedule, and synchronize interfaces with concessionaires and contractors.
5. **Bid Management** – develop technical offers, brief partners, and contribute to bid responses.
6. **Client & Partner Relations** – manage contractual arrangements, facilitate production planning, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
**Required Skills**
- Certified project management (PMP/Prince2 preferred).
- Strong civil engineering fundamentals: roadworks, VRD, hydraulic infrastructure, urban amenities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Deep understanding of public procurement rules (Code des marchés publics, MOP, CCAG).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting technical documentation.
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- French‑language proficiency; English useful for broader collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or construction, with a history of handling works over €3 M net.
- Relevant certifications in civil engineering or public works management (optional but advantageous).
