Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Frontend Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex frontend features for a B2B SaaS platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, conducting code reviews, authoring technical specifications, and mentoring junior engineers. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, performant, and maintainable React/TypeScript code; adhere to design system and user experience guidelines; perform thorough code reviews; provide mentorship; produce clear technical documentation; communicate effectively with product and design teams. Key Responsibilities: • Own end‑to‑end frontend architecture for new features. • Write clean, maintainable React and TypeScript code, integrating with FastAPI backend APIs. • Conduct detailed code reviews and give constructive feedback. • Collaborate with product, design, and customer‑facing teams to refine requirements and align on technical solutions. • Author PRDs, technical specs, and design documents. • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices. • Ensure adherence to design system (Figma) and coding standards. • Maintain test coverage and performance benchmarks. Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of full‑time frontend engineering experience in B2B SaaS. • 2+ years of professional React and TypeScript experience. • Strong knowledge of modern JS/TS features, React hooks, context, state management, and performance optimization. • Experience with Figma, design system implementation, and end‑to‑end component development. • Familiarity with Python and FastAPI or similar API frameworks. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • User‑centered design mindset and strong collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. No additional certifications required.
