Job Description
Job Title: Pharmaceutical Project Manager Role Summary: Lead engineering projects in the pharmaceutical sector from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget while managing stakeholder expectations and regulatory compliance. Expectations: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction; maintain clear documentation and communication; apply project management best practices; demonstrate continuous improvement and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, including needs and requirement analysis. - Develop and manage project budget, cost estimates, and financial tracking. - Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and client teams. - Plan, allocate, and oversee material and human resources, ensuring alignment with the project action plan. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Prepare and deliver post‑project reports, lessons learned, and performance summaries. Required Skills: - Proven project management methodology (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2). - Strong written and verbal communication in French; proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. - Stakeholder management and cross‑functional team leadership. - Risk assessment and mitigation planning. - Budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation. - Ability to produce comprehensive project documentation and reports. Required Education & Certifications: - Engineering degree or 5‑year university diploma. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management. - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
