Job Description: Job title: Business Manager Role Summary: Senior leader responsible for driving business development, nurturing client relationships, and managing cross-functional teams in engineering and technology consulting. Influences strategy, oversees full sales cycle, mentors staff, and ensures high-quality project delivery. Expactations: - Meet or surpass defined sales and revenue targets. - Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates. - Lead project delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline. - Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and forums.
