Job Description

Job Title: Process Engineer – Methods & Quality Role Summary: Drive continuous improvement of production efficiency, quality, and technical support by managing manufacturing instructions, ERP configuration, tooling, and industrialisation projects for new products and processes. Expectations: Deliver reliable technical solutions to operators, ensure adherence to best practices, maintain up‑to‑date manufacturing documentation, and lead projects from concept to full production while meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily technical support and solutions to production operators. - Train personnel on effective process and quality practices. - Develop, validate, and update manufacturing work instructions and production flows. - Configure ERP to create operations, routing, and production circuits. - Design, implement, and monitor tooling and process equipment. - Lead industrialisation projects for new products/processes from study through pilot runs to series production. - Prototype and validate first production batches. - Coordinate with the quality department to ensure compliance. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality system implementation. - Experience configuring ERP systems for production operations. - Tool design and process layout expertise. - Project management skills with cross‑functional collaboration. - Effective communication and training abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
