**Job Title** Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Lead the acquisition of new university and education‑body partners to expand Trinity’s international recognition footprint. Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, manage pipeline within CRM, and deliver measurable KPIs for B2B marketing and partnership programs. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain accurate forecasting and KPI reporting in HubSpot. - Demonstrate continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness through data‑driven analysis. - Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholder groups globally. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Source and qualify high‑quality leads among higher‑education institutions and education bodies worldwide. 2. Manage the full sales pipeline: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure. 3. Develop, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns targeted at universities and similar organisations. 4. Analyse campaign performance and KPI metrics; adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. 5. Maintain up‑to‑date records in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility. 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, recognition) to align messaging and enable sales tools. 7. Represent the company at external events, conferences, and partnership negotiations as required. **Required Skills** - Proven sales/business development experience, preferably in international education or the Examination, Testing & Learning (ETL) sector. - Strong B2B campaign development and execution skills. - Proficient in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess KPIs and performance data. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with senior decision‑makers. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and tenacious in pursuing targets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, International Relations, TESOL, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in sales or CRM (e.g., HubSpot Sales Certified) are advantageous but not mandatory.
