Job Description

Job Title: Business System Analyst Role Summary: Provide strategic HRIS support and system optimization for a rapidly scaling global organization. Focus on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of people technology solutions, primarily using Workday and enterprise integration tools. Expectations: • 1+ year of Workday configuration/maintenance, domestic and international experience. • Strong analytical and business thinking with data‑driven decision making. • Self‑motivated, rapid learner, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Configure, test, deploy, and support People Technology (Workday, EIB, other HRIS) across multiple regions. 2. Identify business problems, translate requirements into system solutions, and prioritize best‑practice implementations. 3. Conduct high‑volume data loads, resolve data integrity issues, and perform production analysis (break/fix, reporting). 4. Document system requirements, configuration, and processes to establish operational excellence. 5. Train end‑users and peers on new processes and functionalities. 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain optimal configuration and alignment with business strategy. Required Skills: - Workday configuration and maintenance (local and global). - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) or equivalent data integration. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; use of first‑principles thinking. - Data analysis with attention to detail and ability to translate data insights into configuration actions. - Excellent written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: - BA/BS in quantitative/business fields or equivalent work experience. - HRIS or Workday certifications preferred (e.g., Workday Certified Business Analyst).
