Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Manager – Europe **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end product portfolio for European destinations (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland) within a leading tour operator. Drive new product development, manage existing offerings, negotiate contracts, and ensure commercial targets are met. **Expectations:** - Deliver profitable product growth across assigned European markets. - Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance. - Build and sustain strong supplier relationships. - Align product strategy with company commercial goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own all existing and new product development for the listed European destinations. - Research market trends and create innovative travel products that meet quality and revenue targets. - Negotiate and finalize contracts for product content and services. - Manage product changes, updates, and supplier performance. - Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. **Required Skills:** - Proven product management experience in the European travel sector. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities. - Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue goals. - Ability to manage multiple products and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Travel Products Manager) are advantageous but not mandatory.
