Job Title: Consultant Generix
Role Summary:
Provide administration, technical and functional support for the Generix platform, focusing on the Invoices Service module. Manage RUN operations, patching, compliance, change control, and coordinate with external providers. Support integrations with Oracle OeBS R12 and Azure Data Factory, and contribute to Ivalua and SideTrade activities. Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT teams worldwide, ensuring alignment of business needs with IT strategy.
Expectations:
- Deliver reliable RUN administration and support for Generix, including process validation, patch management, compliance monitoring, and change control.
- Oversee external vendor activities, ensuring quality and compliance of deliverables.
- Coordinate with Finance and IT teams to maintain functional consistency and application integrity.
- Contribute to integration projects involving Oracle OeBS R12 and Azure Data Factory.
- Maintain operational continuity, handle evolution management, and enforce architecture, security, audit, GDPR, and internal policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate business processes and perform functional and technical checks for Generix Invoices Service.
- Manage patch deployment, conduct configuration reviews, and monitor compliance.
- Control change requests and oversee the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships: track progress, audit deliverables, and enforce quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between Finance and IT teams to align requirements and IT strategy.
- Execute integration tasks with Oracle OeBS R12 and Azure Data Factory, ensuring data consistency and process integration.
- Support operational maintenance, incident response, and service continuity activities.
- Evaluate and enforce architecture, security, audit, GDPR, and policy compliance across the platform.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience administering Generix (Certifications such as Generix Admin or equivalent preferred).
- Dual expertise in IT and Finance, with strong knowledge of finance processes and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in managing platform administration, patching, compliance, and change control.
- Experience coordinating external vendors and monitoring deliverable quality.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and middleware, specifically Oracle OeBS R12 and Azure Data Factory.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish language knowledge considered an asset.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Generix administration or related certification strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications in Oracle ERP, Azure Data Factory, or integration technologies are advantageous.
