Expectations: Lead complex hardware design efforts, ensure compliance with industry standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Architect end-to-end RF and digital boards for satellite payloads, including signal integrity and power management. - Coordinate hardware, software, and mechanical integration to meet performance, reliability, and environmental requirements. - Develop design specifications, create schematics, PCB layouts, and generate bill of materials. - Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and define test plans for functional and stress validation. - Interface with firmware and software teams to validate signal paths and communication protocols. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
