Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high‑performance web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring high usability and accessibility across devices. Expectations: Deliver robust, test‑driven front‑end solutions in a fast‑growing, collaborative environment; mentor junior engineers; promote best practices; actively experiment and analyze data to improve product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain feature‑rich, responsive user interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Web APIs. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back‑end/mobile teams to ship impactful products. - Apply performance tuning, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure reliability and scalability. - Mentor and support peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. - Use experimentation and data analysis to drive iterative improvements on web application performance, usability, and accessibility. - Document code, build processes, and architectural decisions for team clarity and future maintenance. Required Skills: - 7+ years of full‑time front‑end engineering experience. - Deep expertise in React and TypeScript. - Strong command of HTTP, HTML, CSS, Web APIs, and core web technology concepts. - Proven ability to build complex, responsive, accessible, and visually engaging web experiences. - Experience with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing, as well as documentation and monitoring best practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities. - Passion for learning, experimentation, and teaching. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
