Job Title: Integrated Solutions Manager Role Summary: Oversees end-to-end client projects, ensuring strategic alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals. Acts as primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, driving execution, relationship building, and continuous improvement. Expectations: Deliver measurable marketing outcomes, maintain client satisfaction, manage budgets, timelines, and scopes, and proactively identify and solve project challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project lifecycle from concept to invoicing and analysis. - Track and report budgets, timelines, scope, and performance metrics. - Serve as main client contact, building trusted relationships. - Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables. - Provide strategic recommendations to enhance outcomes. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among creative, production, operations, and analytics teams. - Anticipate challenges, problem-solve, and maintain momentum. - Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices.
