Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role Summary: Drive business growth by acquiring and qualifying new B2B and B2C clients in the green vehicle leasing market, primarily targeting VTC drivers and mobility professionals. Act as the first touchpoint for prospects, build relationships, and funnel qualified leads to field sales teams. Expectations: - Meet or exceed monthly outreach, lead qualification, and appointment‑setting targets. - Consistently expand the pipeline and contribute to revenue goals. - Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new clients via phone, email, social media, and in‑person events. - Qualify prospects, assess needs, and recommend appropriate service packages. - Manage a personal B2B and B2C client portfolio. - Schedule qualified appointments for field sales teams. - Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with accurate lead data, follow‑ups, and analytics. - Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations on targeted campaigns. - Provide market feedback, customer insights, and identify growth opportunities. - Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial tools and processes. Required Skills: - Proven sales or prospecting experience (mobility, services, or related sectors a plus). - Strong negotiation mindset and ability to persuade prospects. - Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in French and English preferred. - Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑driven, and able to work independently. - Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot and standard office software. - Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and adapt to changing priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum high‑school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - No specific certifications required; quick learning of sales tools and CRM is expected.
