Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Intern **Role Summary:** Support the marketing team in creating and executing digital content that amplifies brand storytelling, drives audience engagement, and raises awareness of mental‑health resources. Work across social media, website, and marketing collateral while collaborating with internal departments. **Expectations:** - Commit to at least 16 hours per week (minimum 3 in‑office days). - Produce high‑quality, on‑brand digital assets on tight timelines. - Contribute ideas in team meetings and strategy sessions. - Maintain attention to detail and meet publishing deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, edit, and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube. - Design basic graphics and short video reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. - Update website content, apply SEO best practices, and monitor keyword performance. - Coordinate with program teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. - Participate in marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross‑functional collaborations. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and basic MS Office. - Strong written communication and visual storytelling ability. - Ability to generate real‑time content ideas and execute quickly. - Basic understanding of SEO principles (preferred). - Collaborative, organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; familiarity with digital content tools is essential.
